If you are under 16 years of age, you may only get your ears pierced. You must be accompanied by a parent with the following: Parent's valid I.D., minor's birth certificate. If you are 16 or 17, you may get anything pierced except nipples & genitals. You must be accompanied by a parent with the following: Parent's valid I.D., Minor's birth certificate or valid I.D. (I.D. must match parent's with last name and/or addresss).
